SHIPPING

DELIVERY RATES:
- Free delivery on orders over £80
- Standard delivery (if the item is in stock) within 3-5 working days £4.95 

We send parcels throughout the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations).

 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We don't ship international. 

RETURNS 

In circumstances where you, the individual customer, wish to cancel the contract and return the product to Kings Interiors, you have 14 days to inform us of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it in. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.

Unfortunately, not all products are capable of being returned. The excluded products may include:

  • Personalised and/or customised items (as per your request)

  • Special orders and sale items


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When returning your order, it must be packed suitably to avoid any potential damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are liable for the cost of returning the item(s) back to us. We advise you to get proof of postage or shipping.

DAMAGES & ISSUES: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Some goods are exempt from being returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS: 
Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.

If the value of the item has been reduced while in your possession you are liable for this cost and it will either be taken from your refund or billed to you.
